Custom Domains
Custom domains are available on Premium plans. Point your own domain to your instxnt storefront using a simple DNS CNAME record.
- Get Your instxnt Subdomain — When you create a store, you get a free subdomain like
mystore-abc123.instxnt.xyz - Add Your Domain in Settings — In your store settings, enter your custom domain (e.g.,
shop.example.com) in the "Your Own Domain" field and save. - Create DNS CNAME Record — You'll receive DNS instructions. Point your domain to your instxnt subdomain by creating a CNAME record:Name:
shopType:CNAMEValue:mystore-abc123.instxnt.xyz - Verify Ownership — Once your DNS record is set up, click "Check Verification" in your store settings. We'll validate your domain within minutes.
- Start Selling — Your store is now accessible at your custom domain with a secure HTTPS certificate automatically provisioned.
💡 Tip: You can point any subdomain of your domain to instxnt. For example, you could have shop.example.com, store.example.com, or even example.com (requires different DNS setup) all pointing to different instxnt storefronts.
